Sand Hollow Report
#1
Friday April 7th 2006.

We left for Sand Hollow around 0300. We arrived just as the sun was rising.

We met Wayne Crowder up on the water and I jumped in his boat. We fished until 3:30pm and headed home. Not too bad of a little marathon!

Water temp: 56 degrees and heating up!
Clarity: Crystal.
Baits Used: Spider Grubs & Jigs.

The water is warmer on the north end of the lake ... Saw tons of small bass!

The ending day's temp was 74 Degrees and I got burnt! Wayne & I had a blast catching fish! total Count: ???

Who Cares!

Nice report, we may have met before. I fished the Catch A Cure For Cancer tourney with Wayne acouple years ago and pre fished with Bryce. I learned about drop shotting from Wayne. What a great fisherman. If anybody has the opportunity to fish a tourney from the "back" of the boat I would recommend it. It's amazing the the little secrets you learn. Unfortunately I didn't like the competition or I would have stuck with it. Hence, Fsh4fun.

Wayne and I have been friends for years. The very first bass tournaments he fished were mine. I can remember when he used to have push-button reels and small poles on his boat.
He sure has excelled and become a much better stick.

I enjoyed fishing with him because we are so different but share the same passion for the outdoors. He's very quiet and I am very noisy.

Yeah, we had a great time!
