I came across a link for information on the stream flows on the Sevier River and the lakes and reservoirs from Otter Creek, Panguitch, on the south to Yuba, DMAD and others below. Yuba reservoir was declared 100% full on April 10th, and most of the others are almost full and the run off hasn't even started yet. You can access this information from the Sevier River Water Users Association at www.sevierriver.org

Years ago when I lived in Delta we would fish the Sevier River from Yuba through Leamington Canyon to DMAD for small mouths. A friend who was a great jig fisherman did real well in the holes around the railroad bridge trestles. I caught some on spinners occasionally, but never did have the jig presentation down well enough at the time to really get into them. I think they are scattered all along the river, and even seen them in the High Line canal going to Fool Creek Reservoir. I usually did better on the white bass using a spinner.

Thanks for the info, it seems like a river not many people would fish, there might be some good size bass in there.

The R.C.Staples store in Delta had quite a few nice bass mounted and on display that Rod had caught and some came from the Sevier. It has been years since I visited his store so don't know if he still has them on display. Acey
