New Guy on the Block - My Ride
#1
I have been lurking a week or so and have read many many posts. I want to say thanks to the many contributors here for all the info and ideas.

Anyhow here is my Cimmaron Classic rigged up and ready to go. Went yesterday to Nessmuk Lake here in North Central PA and had a great time. Hooked a nice Largemouth and 3 Chain Pickerel of which 2 were keepers. (Note to Self - take the digicam with me next time)

[cool][#0000ff]Welcome aboard. Nice looking ride. Glad you got in a good trip. I don't think we have many regular visitors/members from PA. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]One request. We would appreciate it if any of the pics you post in the main body of the thread could be kept at somewhere between 400 to 500 pixels. Actually we have a limit of 400, but we try not to be too picky.[/#0000ff]

Nice ride Bassguy. Looks like you're up to speed. How comfortable is the cloth/frame seat? I've looked at several toons that have them and wondered how they would be compared with the more often used hard plastic.

[cool]I look forward to some shots of fish you catch from you new inflatable bass boat.

bassguy64, on the last pic, there is a "TV" mount on the rod holder. What is it?

Thanks guys for the welcome.

TubeDude: I will scale down those pics from now on. I have a few items that are on the list for tweaking. I will surely holler if I need help, thanks. Hopefully I can convince some folks around here to get a Toon or a Tube and direct them this way. I have had alot of folks ask me questions when I was out the other day.

Zonker: Thanks, The seat seems ok for me. I was on the water for 5 1/2 hours straight, however by that time I was needing to get off anyway. You may notice I used a piece of hot water pipe insulation on the seat back as I felt the top bar was going to be bothersome on my back. It works great now.

Bluegillman: That is my Smartcast RF30 Fishfinder. They are made by Humminbird. If you look in the 3rd to last pic, the small remote sensor (green) hangs down from under the seat and sends the signals to the Wrist Mount. I mounted it there as its much easier to see then on my wrist.
