Seven full days in Montana!!

Heading to Montana this Monday for a full week of nothin but fishing and relaxing..( maybe even a little beer consumption thrown in! ) Anyway we're gonna fish Wade Lake,Cliff Lake,Hebgen Lake and the Madison river.Gonna troll the lakes with downriggers and flyfish the Madison.Any hints on what nymphs to drift this time of year on the Maddy??Pretty much have the trolling portion of our trip nailed down as far as what will bring us success so if anyone has fished the Madison this year or other years at this time your suggestions would be welcome!These next four days are gonna take forever to get through[unsure][unsure].

I'm jealous too. I had a buddy that fished Hebgen last week and said it is the best fishing he has seen in years. He fishes it the same week every year and said it was on fire! Good luck.

Had a friend just get back for fishing around Missoula and he said the rivers were pretty blown-out - lots of run-off. They were fishing Rock creek & the Blackfoot and said they could only wade in a couple of feet because the water was so swift. So be prepared for high water conditions.
