Strawberry 06/23 Report
#1
For you week-enders - water temp is up to 62 degrees, most if not all of the fish have gone to deeper water, as we fished today and found very few in water shallower than 10 feet or so. We did fairly well (14 fish in 2.5 hours) with 4" white tubes fished in about 22-25 feet, add a little scent to close the deal. About 20 boats around us today, trollers did not seem to be doing all that well, saw the most fish caught jigging (us) and a guy with powerbait in 18 feet.
The water is extemely clear right now, also saw big schools of chubs swimming around, but still haven't caught one up there.
Have fun in the great weather.

[cool]Great update, piscis. Did you happen to notice any/many crawdads in the shallows this morning?

Glad you could make it up there for some action with the troutskis. Have you been up to the Gorge yet?

Tons of crawdads in about 8 feet. One area we went over probably 60'x63' had maybe 200-250 dads on bottom.
