My son and I fished Echo saturday morning from 7:30am till 2:00pm. We trolled over to the dam and fished the North 1/3rd of the reservoir. We found Rainbows suspended from 10' to 20'. I just used a Castmaster all morning with fair success boating 10 Bows from 15" to 17".
By noon the water started to boil from all the recreation boats and PWC. It was a nice day on the water.
