I ran to Walmart 2 days ago to get some light bulbs and such, and "mistakingly" went by the fishing department.[
] I noticed some pamphlets on the counter and picked them up.
They have a State book with state laws, A federal book, Safe boating tips book, and another safe boating tips pamphlet. Most of the laws regarding boating in Utah and most other waters are in these books. I would suggest getting a copy of them and reading through them. I learned some things that i had no idea were regulations and laws.
