A Hard day at work Jordanelle
#1
I hit the nell at 11:00 and started catching dinks around 10 to 11 inches long it took about a half hour to find a good one around 14" and from there it was a battle to keep them off....

I lost count around 38 to 40 and still fished for about 3 more hours...
I seen a Moose up in the rock cliff arm by the buoy line on the north side so don't make her mad....

The biggest one was 5.4 lb and 21 1/4 long and one that was 5.1 lb and 22" long with some 3lb and 4 lb for good luck but most was under 12" I left at about 8:00 ....

Just a hard day at the office......[Wink][cool][sly]

I was up there last weekend i could not find any fish on Friday night but Saturday was a little better. A total of only 5 fish all under 12 inches.
Are the bass moving to deeper water now? What is the best thing to use from shore?

I was up there on last Sunday and it seemed that where I was catching fish consistently I only caught one or two. I was also wondering if the bass had moved either deeper or different structure. We still caught some nice fish but not as many.
Bassrods, seeing as how you spend so much time at "the office" where do the bass tend to hold as the water gets warmer? I was catching them on the flats about the middle of the north side of rock cliff arm untill last weekend, maybe they just weren't there at that particular time or maybe I need to start following the fish better. Most of the fish caught were on a dropshot. Those pineapple sinkers are alot better than the round ones. Less snags. Anyways, in hindsight the only thing I did different was lose patience if I did not get a bite after so many feet off the shoreline. That might have been my downfall. Which comes back to the question, have they moved deeper?
