What is the smallest?

[cool][font "Poor Richard"][size 3][green]Have been tying a lot of streamers lately. What is the smallest streamer size that you tie? So far mine has been on a Daiichi 1750 # 10 -4xL. Got to pick up a pack of Daichii 2200 # 14 - 4xL. That is the smallest size that I will tie. Anything smaller is too much of a chore for my old eyes. If its fun do it, if not forget it![]

I tie some leach patterns in 12 and 14 for smaller lakes with Trout that are less than 12" long.Iuse a very short tail and get better hook ups.
I also use a size 12 Beaver Leach as is my go to fly on the Green River. I fish a size 20 Sparkle Baetis behind it and the Trout will take one or the other.

I have size 18 and larger STREAMER HOOKS, but the smallest streamer would be a 14, I use the 16 and 18 for nymphs, but they are 4X long.
