Comins Lake Ice

How is the ice at Comins Lake? I am after pike and would love to rid the lake of them. What are the best ways to go after these pike under the ice?

Hey, I was there on the weekend of the first of jan with two friends and we were on the ice that was about 6 inches and fishing for trout one bite, one fish, six hours, three people.........might go again next weekend....it was just too sunny and nice of a day out to actually catch anything, but the one we did catch made for a great dinner for two........Heath
