The on up by skyline drive so upper

oh ok then i can help you there a little i think.. the lake has warning sings all around saying the ice is not safe.. as for the creek just under the lake there is about 5 to 6 foot snow drifts down there would make for some tuff walking.. but down past electric lake 2 or 3 miles you might be able to get to the creek.. i have not seen or heard of anyone fishing the creek..
