Gorge open water around Manila?????

how the ice doing around linwood and swim and anvil, we were up 3 weeks ago and it was iffy with all the pressure ridges and open water, boat is ready and wants to go laker fishing....[]

Heard from a good source it'll be another week or so at Manila. I fished around the dam last Thursday and Friday with success (posted on 03/10 for the full report).

[size 2]just wanted to let you all know and to warn you about the ice conditions at the gorge spent sunday morning recovering 3-4 wheelers from anvil draw and had a close freind near die saturday afternoon fell throught the ice 4 times before reaching shore he is very lucky and with a little luck and my air boat was able to retrive all the quads. the ice was still 8 inches thick but very unsafe and i dont expect it to last much longer . anyway i hope you all will consider this message if your thinking about ice fishing i would not do it.the fish are'nt worth dieing and friends of mine came to close."[/size]

ya it's been the local chat for the last couple day's all we need now boy's is some of that wonderfull wyo wind it would be clear we went up to holmes sun I spent about 30sec on the ice and came home and put all my stuff up for summer worked and got the boat all readyu for next week hopefully I will keep you all posted about a wek late lol take care and dont be a dumb @$$ and take your wheeler on routon ice even the guy's that know better some time's let the mac get the better hand on the judgement.later ash
