My bet is that its not ice free yet. I went past one Cache Valley lake today that had ice still. Newton had ice but Cutler was open so its probably dang close. I went past Mantua last weekend and the inlet area has a large area of open water and the rest looked soft.

Drove past it today. The ice was back 50-75 yards in a couple of places.
