O.K first off the south marina is now open for all of your enjoyment. Although it isn't very deep in the marina, so launch at your own risk. Next, the BOR has hauled enough dirt for there temporary fix, I guess, because they are letting in the 3 feet of water they promised. So now you should see the bay rising. Just wanted to give you all an update.

[#0000ff]How did the office staff like the kitty krispies? Or did any of them make it back to the office?[/#0000ff]

When I got back to the office no one was around sound in my book that means you snooze you loose. I told them about them the next day and they were none to happy with me. I told them that they were damn good (which they were) I ddidn't eat the rest of the night because the taste was still lingering in my mouth and I didn't want to disrupt it.

[cool][#0000ff]No problem as far as I am concerned. I'm sure that you were just doing your part to comply with DWR regulations...that you shouldn't be guilty of wasting fish. Good to know we have someone so conscientious looking after our interests at Willard.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Just for grins we could maybe plan a hook and cook thing for the staff sometime. When the water warms and the fish are more active it is seldom difficult to get limits of cats and plenty of wipers. Maybe we can "coerce" a couple of volunteers to join me and TubeBabe on the water to gather the ingredients and then we can convene at HQ with my mega fryer setup. We can do that almost any weekday, when you guys are probably not quite so busy. Let me know if you'd like to do that.[/#0000ff]

Thanks for the info on Willard Jeff. I took my boat into the dealer for some spring checkups and a couple little problems I need fixed that I put off late last summer, so I probably won't be out there for a week or so. Had an invite to catch some walleye tomorrow with my brother-in-law but I can't make that trip do to other commitments, I guess I'll have to wait until Friday.[unsure] Hope to see you up there again this summer when I get the Big Crestliner out of dry dock.
