I'm new to the boards and to Utah. Thinking about heading to Scofield soon but don't know much about the areas to fish once I get there. Will be shore fishing and would appreciate a tip or two on where to start out and how to get there. From what I've learned thus far, the main road to Scofield takes you to the dam and there is shore fishing around there? What about the mouth of Fish Creek, how do you get there and any tips on techniques. In case anyone cares, I practice catch and release.
If anything I try works out, I'll post how I did it.
Looks like a great board!!!

If you were able to get a post by tonight that would be great. I might leave in the morning. Good luck.

Hey Ktrout,
There is access by the dam and along the east side. There is access on the west side along the pole fence. You won't be the only one fishing so just watch where everyone is. Private land is marked fairly well. Wish I could go, getting the ice fishing stuff stored for next year, and getting the yard in shape this weekend[:/] Hope you do well. Should be good fishing!

[cool][#0000ff]You should have photo software that came with your camera...or installed on your computer. [/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]When you have your picture on your computer screen, look for "Edit" on your toolbar. Click on "Resize" and reduce the picture down to a size that will be no larger than about 200 KB. That could be anywhere from 500 pixels to 1500 pixels, depending upon what kind of pictures your camera takes.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]I will resize these for you, and if you need help in the future, you can email the pics to me.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Congrats on your first tiger. They are real fighters. Now you need to go up to Huntington and catch a bunch more. However, they are coming on strong in Scofield too.[/#0000ff]
