fished medard for two hours yesterday with shiners, no hits, got kicked out at 8 pm for lack of night fishing permit, ranger wouldnt sell it to us ($15 - 1/2 year)

"they're only sold from 8:30-4:30 m-f !"

what a pain in the a$$
