I had another good day on mille lacs, started going for sunfish or crappies, but the bass would be the only thing biting. I finally gave up on having panfish for dinner, and played with the bass for a couple of hours. The best bait today was a zoom plastic toad rigged weedless...

Nice job Pilgrim. Good looking Bass. You just gotta love those little frog lures. I use them quite a bit.[cool]

[cool][#0000ff]Nice pics, as usual. At least you got the largies dialed in. A lot of guys would like to have the problem of only being able to catch those.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]But, if you got a hankerin' for some bluegill fillets, it can be disappointing to not be able to score a few.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Do you fish the walleye much in that lake? I fished it both in open water and through the ice in the winter. Seems like walleye are the most popular quarry there.[/#0000ff]

Nice fish, MT. Wouldn't mind finding a spot where I could consistently catch those guys.
