What a perfectly marked, native born, Brown!!! The biggest I've caught was 25". That was one fun fight! How did this one do?

When I am not whippin a fly, I seem to always have success on the weber with panther Martins. I notice the spinnin reel in the background!!!

I know exactly where that was taken and released. It looks just like a fish I caught in November fishing right from where that picture was taken. What a coincidence.

Took on a floating Brown Rappala.

He is still in the river waiting to be caught again.

I took a 18 inch on a Floating Rainbow Rappala. Not near as nice though... :<

I would not be at all surprized if it was the same fish. I pulled it in on a size 7 rainbow colored rapala.

Good to hear he is still swimming. I bring my camera if I go up again just so we can compare pics.

Great fish, Even greater is the fact that someone else may have the same experience catching it again.

Nice fish with good markings , I too know of the spot where you are . I do good this time of year on the Weber . My biggest was 27" , but it was skinny and ugly after a long winter . I do real good on jigs . Tube jigs , curly tail grubs and marabou . They are alittle bit cheaper and I don't worry about snagging up and losing it . Tight lines

I know that spot also and it is way below rockport or Echo. It's also below Mountain Green but don't get caught fishing there, the last time we were there some of the maintenance guys saw us there and gave us a good warning. We had never had a problem before but those guys said it was against the law because of the dam above releasing water. I guess there was a chance that we could get washed down stream, anyway be careful if you fish it. I have also caught some nice browns
there at least before the warning. WH2
