Lake X tomorrow who is going?

Well I will be there in the wee hours of the AM with a buddy that has not been in a tube for a long time. Is anyone else still going up tomorrow?

You guys should have fun tomorrow, but I have to tell ya, I was up there today, and it was a madhouse. In the general area where I found the fish, I was crowded by a heron, a kingfisher, and all 4 ospreys in the area. A Western grebe kept swimming unusually close to my tube. [] ( Darn thing, saw me catch a fish and he zipped over.) The kingfisher seemed to be having the best luck from what I saw. The heron and the osprey got into a heated argument interrupting the peace and quiet. Fishing was very comfortable, as a light rain cooled things off, and winds were minimal. It was as enjoyable of a morning as could be imagined.

Oh yes, the fishing. Very good for bass with many of decent size. Look for weed lines adjacent to deeper clear water. I picked up a meal of perch as well. Size fair but not great on those. I was a dork today and only took a couple of bass pics, and forgot to try any wildlife ones.
