my dad uglystick want to know hw to per sereve a fish after you clean it

after you clean the fish wash it off real good in cold water , then dry the fish off real good with a clean towel , then wrap it up in some freezer wrap and make sure you get all the air out . make sure you label it with a piece of tape telling you what kind of fish it is and when you caught it . then put it in the freezer . that way you can fry it up when you get in the mood to eat some .
