I havent read the bill my self, but the summery leaves me quandering in a dry pool, Ya I would like to be able to get on union lake 29 dollars cheeper per year, but at the same time, if they take away the money that union lake raises for the state, it removes the encentive to keep the launch site open alowing the m-5 connector to bull doze right on though one of our last remaining quality fishing lakes in the area.... 'My opinion' [crazy]
