Didn't go fishing last weekend and tommorro nights fishing outing just cancelled so we'll see.

Yes indeed Micheal it's been pretty quiet around here lately. Just ordered a new/old Fat Cat to eventually replace my original Fat Cat which will soon be 10 years old. I found one of the older models that still has the urethane bladders so I decided to go for it. In the meantime the original is still going strong.

I'm holding the fort at home this week with the wife away but I'm hoping to get back out next week. Maybe to get the new tube wet if it arrives soon.

[#0000ff]Hope to get in a couple of trips next week too, but waiting on weather reports. The hurricane in Texas is supposed to send some weather in our direction and that could affect our plans.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]By the way, I think we have got our plans started for a trip up your way in September. Right now it looks like we will get into Twin Falls on Sunday, Sept. 21...and plan to fish Salmon Falls Creek both Monday and Tuesday. Still need to nail down the details, and it is subject to the weather of course, but that is the plan at this point. We can PM each other to work out our getting together.[/#0000ff]

Fished Upper Otay last Wednesday. Hooked 6 bass, caught 3 of 'em. 1st bass was a nice little 2 pounder on the 1st cast of the morning. Hoping to get out again tomorrow. Bite is really picking up:o) UO is a barbless hook and catch & release only lake.
