The first thing you need to do is catch a lot of fish. Take pictures of all those fish before releasing or eating them.

Start building a profile. Keep track of your fishing expeditons in a log book. (this will really help you later on)

Sign up for tackle testing stuff even if it is free. That's how you get your name out there. Eventually the paid offers come in and then come the team offers.

The nice part about it; you continue to fish, keep a log, test tackle, take pictures, travel all over the world and get paid to do it.[cool]
