Does anyone know about the brand Fin -nor?

Fin Nor is a very good brand of reel. The price is up a little from most reels but they are well worth the difference. It does take time for any warranty work so be prepared for that part of the deal.

Most other brands carry an over the counter warranty. Fin Nor and it's partner Van STaal do not.[crazy]

ok thank yo so much, I red that basspro.com fixes reels of any kind, just in case, I couldm send it there. The other day I went surf fishing at rosarito baja california and finaly I fished, it was a small surf perch. Well write to you later.
