So I don't want to sound like a broken record, and I know that there are already quite a few posts on here about steelheading in Salmon. I love the reports and the good discussion and tips so far, but I was wondering if anybody had done any good there yet with a fly rod. I'm heading up there on Saturday and would appreciate any good tips (or stories[Wink]). We will be floating the river at Salmon. Maybe I'll see some of you guys?

Haven't been up there yet but myself and up to 5 buddies will be in that area starting Thursday through the weekend. I'm trying to figure out where the main fish mass is approximately to decide on camping area (Tower Rock or Ellis area). Anyway, we'll keep an eye out for you.
