Caddis is always a give me, but I would stop in the shops and ask them. It always works for me.
However I understand you want to stock up before hand.
I have had luck with Caddis of all sizes, even Royal Coachmen (small)
some BWO, Griffiths, Mosquito, Adams.
That is just a dry fly list.
Nymphs, I would try PT, Haresears, Prince, and even some midge patterns like Zebra, LaFontains Sparkle.

I guess we need to know more information. Are you an experience fly fisherman or a novice?
That area can be very different from year to year depending on the run off, water temperature, water released from the dam, etc...
There are years when the stoneflies are coming through that area about memorial day and then there are others when the fish won't feed because they are stuffed from the stoneflies a few days before. I do not fish that area often. Hopefully someone who has some recent experience can chime in.

Raingear all around. I could probably count the number of Memorial weekends I have seen that have had nice weather up there on one hand.

Snow shovel and tow strap may be a good idea also. Been there used them before that time of year.

I usually just try and head which ever way I dont see the mobs of people. Seems to always be crazy on Memorial weekend and if anyone is grouped up at all it seems to attact more people. May not always get ya the most fish but may get you a more quality fish without everyone out smashing around in the water right around you.

I don't fish right there at the campground, but I have done well not too far from there. Just explore a couple of the side roads and you should be able to find easy access, without the crowds. If it's wet at all though just walk the shoreline until you are by yourself. I'm not sure I would want to try getting stuck in some of those side roads. no room to turn around or get a rig in to help get you out easily.
