Just found out that my wife was accepted into a dental hygiene program in Boise. I am from Portland but have been living in Phoenix for 5 years. Am so excited to get back to salmon and steelie country (won't have to spend so much on plane tickets to fly up and fish). Just wanted to introduce myself to the site and can't wait to get up there and meet some new outdoor buddies. Have been reading post on the site for awhile and can't wait to get back up to the northwest!

Thanks for the welcome guys. glad to here there might be some fish around when i get there. Plan to go to hells canyon at the end of may when i get there and hope to do some fishin around dug bar on the snake, and hey windriver GO COUGARS!

Although i am not LDS, my family is and i was raised a BYU fan. Unfortunately i will have to make a decision on who i will be rooting for due to my recent acceptance to BSU. So i guess what i meant was GO BRONCOS!

Go to forum settings at the top, just above the posts. click on it and then halfway down there is the option for user icon. click on browse in that box, it will let you find a pic file that you can then upload. just make sure it's been shrunk down small enough for the server to handle it. Once you've selected it click upload. It should then show up.

Welcome to Idaho. I mostly fish for Bass so won't be much help for the Salmon and Steelie fishing. If you want to go Bass fishing or need some tips, let me know.
