hello to all of the anglers on this site. i am pwilson aka patrcik wilson. i fish in the dfw region of texas. mostly small ponds and creeks with the occassional shore fishing from local lakes.
any info on getting started or any ponds that you fish in the region holler at me

i fish for bass and catfish. so i stick with the spin and baitcasting. but fly fishing is on my to-do list. i would try it but as far as i know there is no spots to catch trout or anything like that around my area.

hiya patrick.. welcome to the site..
the first fish I ever caught on a fly was a large mouth bass.. the next day I caught a good sized crappie..
