Thanks for the consideration. This has caused a lot of concern on the Idaho forum that the word is not getting to boat owners. A lot of trips will be ruined if that happens.
Whether fishermen agree with the program or not, they need to know the consequences.

I think Utah needs to start charging out of state boaters as well, I'm getting so damn sick of all these states charging for anything that you ride on or in, pretty soon there will be a charge for driving your vehicle through each state. I think if you are legally registered in your home state that should be good. If all states did this that would make a pretty expensive summer vacation traveling & fishing from one state to the next.[mad]

I couldn't see how this will or won't effect pontoons and float tubes.
Any idea?
Thanks,

The way I read it is, if you are under 10' then you don't need to buy one. If you are and don't have a motor then the fee is only $5.00

Agree Packman, not enough we pay outrageous non resident fees. Don't know what there trying to accomplish. It will just drive there revenue down as no non residents will not go and fish there waters. One check on your water craft should be enough.

I will like it a whole lot more when the pressure wash stations show up. The ones to clean up the boat after we get out of the lake. With out those the whole sticker thing is just another tax scam that we shouldn't put up with.
