Polo and I made it out for about 3 hours of fishing or so down at the Riverpark. The bream were very slow. We only caught 30, so we switched gears and fished for spots. They were slow too, but we did manage to catch 28 and lost several more that we long distance released. emoLaugh <br /><br />All our fish came on 1/16oz jigs with various plastics. I used panfish assassins on the bream and 3&quot; curly tail grubs on the spots. Mark used PAs on the bream and a 2&quot; minnow with a tail light for the spots. We both caught fish.<br /><br />It was good to see Jimbow and friend down there fishing for both species too. We talked about 15 minutes or so just before we quit fishing. Actually we had quit fishing and were downtown on the bridge pilings while we were talking and big chicken DK saw a lightning bolt somewhere around Lookout Mtn, and that ended our conversation and fishing trip. We hotfooted it back to the Riverpark and put the boat on the trailer before the storms came.<br /><br />We are one week past the full moon phase and into a slow biting period. Next good moon phase is Sunday the 24th. Fishing should pick up around the 22nd and get really good for a few days.<br /><br /> emoGeezer
