<br /> Rick and I put in at the Riverpark about 7:30 am and fished until about noon. We started out the morning chasing Spotted Bass and were not disapointed. Fished with gitzits and lizards on a slider leadhead. Ended up with 16 keeper Spotted Bass in the first 2 hours. Didn&#39;t get pics of the Spots and never turned the depth finder on. Don&#39;t know the temp. or depth. Mostly threw toward the rip rap with most fish coming within a foot or two of the bank.<br /> <br /> We begain Bluegill fishing (my favorite) after the spotted bass bite slowed and I was in heaven. Rick was turned on to some hot and heavy Bluegill action. Don&#39;t know the total of Bluegill caught but we kept 70. Some of them were so thick that we just kept the backstrap out of them and put the rest into sausage! Not really but they were some pretty fish. Fished on the btm about 15&#39; deep using crickets.
