Some of you all who have been around for a while may remember a report from last year where I took my Nephew catfishing for his bachelor party. Well he and his bride Melissa are doing well, and have really gotten into fishing. They have their own boat and try to get out often. On Memorial Day we decided to load up the ole Bullet and hit the Riverpark. We started the day off below the turbines drifting small shiners. We caught several channels and blues there along with a few bass. We moved over to the Hixson side and drifted and caught several more fish, and that is where Melissa hooks up with the Gar. Never had a Gar in the boat, so that was kinda cool. Tried a new catfish hole looking for something with a little more size to it, and thats where she hooks up with this good blue cat. We had a great time and caught alot of fish. I believe we will be dragging a big blue out of this spot soon!<br /><br />By the way, no charge to my boys at Coke for the advertisement!!<br /><br />The Crazyhorse
