Fished the dogfight out of Harrison Bay last night. There was a good turnout with 26 boats. Me and twilson started out fishing deep points on cranks on heavy soft plastics on boating a few short fish. Next we moved to a nearby bank with some good cover and plenty of rock and put a couple of small keepers in the well coming off plastics. After we burnt an hour we next moved to a deep flat just off the channel with no takers. Next we moved shallow and it was on. We started fishing a shallow rocky bank with spinnerbaits and buzzbaits with not much luck except for an occasional short fish and them came upon some submersed thick grass and whamo a good solid keeper. Then another. Fish were in there but very spooky, so we moved off the grass area and let it settle for a bit and came back and had another fish that broke the line that felt pretty solid and a couple short fish. We ran out of time and only weighed in 4 fish, but hey we got to fish. :emoticon:logo
