fished ratmans tourn tonight with partner jdoldfort, we blasted off and headed down river toward the dam ,pulled up on our first spot, was a point that was about 20" deep we started throwing soft plastics. but as we were working our way around the point there was a boat already in the slough fishing toward us. so we moved across to the other side so he could continue on. ( by the way i think every yacht on the lake was out today) emoAngry emoAngry so it was hard staying on those points and fishing it the way you wanted to. as we were making our way down the opposite side, i boated our first keeper in about 15" of water cought a couple slicks in a stretch of about 50 yards. then we started moving futher back into the slough to where the docks were. thats when it got interesting, second dock we fished jdoldfort put our second keeper in the boat fished about five other docks nothing, then came (THE) dock where we got our third keeper. we fished that dock heavy and boated about 10 fish and four was keepers but could not upgrade, most fish were caught in about 10"-15" foot of water. i dont know what it was about that dock but those fish loved it for some reason emoScratch we finished the night with 7.4 something they paid 5 places 41 boats showed up. big fish was 5.5 and 11. and change won. btw nice talking to you jmax.
