Steve and I got out this morning for about 4.5 hours of bass fishing. We started off looking for schoolers and ended up with 13 in the boat. These fish have just about quit jumping. Slowest morning for them that I have seen in the past month. Steve managed to catch 2 more on worms on that structure.

Then we ran to Sequoia to see if the white bass were still up and we got in on the last bit of jumping up there for the morning. We caught around 10-12 before they quit coming up. Steve went to one of his structures and caught 2 more bass on worms to finish the day with 17 bass and 10-12 whites. Fun morning and we did get rained on just a little bit. I had my rainsuit, but Steve just had to tough it out.

We saw the old stump bumper up there with a boat load of people and they were filming. I think that we managed to get on film a couple of times as we were landing fish. Steve and I will be available for autographs over the weekend. LOL

Cathooker showed off with a 25 pound bluecat just about 30 yards from us. We idled over and chatted with him and his partner for a few minutes. I'm sure that they will have a great report later on today.

2jigs, I really enjoyed the fellowship and the fishing today. Must do again sometime. emoBigSmile emoGeezer

This forum is as slow as molasses today for some reason. Anyone else notice how slow it is?
