Caught 9 wipers this morning between 0730 and 0930. Fished in the bay area north of the feedlot in 12' of water. Caught most of them using a black& silver 1 1/2" risto rap and trolling at 3.0 MPH using GPS. Water level low in the south marina, down to 3' in some spots. Be careful!

I would say awesome action! I have yet to see action like that at Willard, but hey this is my first year of fishing it. Thanks for the report, I hope to be out there Sunday.
