Took a trip to below #1 dam to see if i could locate some crappie by chance and boy was I surprised at what I found!!! I got into a school of whites that made the water boil after my jig!!! LOL!!! Not any monsters but 110% fun!! I did manage 2 spots, a chunky little rock bass and one lone crappie but still had an awesome day all in all!! I used 1/16 oz. black/chart tube jig, and a chart curly tail, on a 6-10 count. Now the oddity was a weird looking minnow that was dying off the bank I took a pic of it too so any ideas on species?
