Hey guys!
Thought I should give a report of my recent fishing trip. My buddy is a better fly fisherman than me (he just has that 6th sense when it comes to fly fishing) and definitely caught the trophy of the trip in wyoming with a 24 inch hog of a Brown trout! He also caught a 20 inch Cutt on Strawberry Reservoir and an 18 and 19 inch rainbow on a small stream we fished. I caught plenty of 16 and 17 inch fish, and had a great afternoon in which I caught 16 really nice browns. We experienced some scenic fishing on Strawberry River, some great fishing on the middle Provo, and some decent fishing on the Lower Provo as well. The only stream that was kind of a let down was the Green on the A section. We could hardly find anywhere to fish with all of the boat traffic around us. We rented a pontoon, but were just kind of disappointed - lots of people steering their rafts and boats right over where were trying to fish. Anyhow, thought I would post some pics for anyone who is interested. Thanks again to all those who gave us advice and direction.
PS. Rob's biggest trout this year in PA before this trip was 15 inches. His biggest of all time was a 20 incher. Needless to say, I think Utah was a dream come true for him.
