Finally got back down to the bay

Last Thursday had planned a trip to go fly fishing in a Jersey Bay. The weatherman had predicted winds 5-10kts. WRONG!! Atleast a steady 15kts All day cloudy and drizzling. Fishing was Slow but did manage a small striper on the fly, so that made the 2.5 hr trip and the bad forcast worth it. I think.

Thanks. But I would hardly call it a good day. Just didn't get skunked. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can get back down and bring back some better pics.

what you say may be true but I look at it as any day you can get on the water and get a fish or two is better than any day not on the water.. just call me the fishing optomist.. [
