A company named Laker made the ones I found. There are some at Sportsmans. Walmart used to carry them but they seem to be out in Rexburg and IF.

I'm not far from sportsmans and I need some rat finkies anyway. I'll trip over there and check out the Lakers!
Thanks for the replies! Don [signature]

Pink, White, and Chartruse or green sparkle are the best colors. I've never done very well on any of the other colors.

Windriver[/quote] I'll see if I can find them on line. I'm a tackle junky. Can a guy ever have enough? ![]() [signature]

Try some 1-1/2" Cut'r bugs on a 1/16 oz jig head with the tail split. In crazy glow and crazy glow orange.

Very cool! The tail splits nicely. I'll give them a try!

I bought some of them along with the paddle bugs at Smith and Edwards as I passed by this morning. They looked pretty interesting that the tail can be split. I think I got the Chartreuse.

The Cut'r Bug is more effective in a vertical presentation if the tail is split.
These baits do catch fish in all seasons. There has been several ice fishing tournaments won using These lures as well as the Gizzy bugs. [signature]

Very nice product line! How long have you been making this stuff commercially? Gotta love it when you can have a business that is also your passion.
I have some that after I split in two, I will take a blade and split those two again for more flutter! Seems to work on some days when nothing else will. [signature]

I might have to try some of them lures. You may want to update the website a bit tho as Sportsman's in Poky is no longer around.

I will vouch for the cutter bugs, they work really well through the ice. Lighter weight really helps these flutter when jigging.
I might have to try splitting the tail into four sections, that sounds interesting. In the spring/summer the maniac minnows also fish well, for trout. [signature]

We have been manufacturing lures for over five years.
I will have to try that extra split, I just haven't needed to try that in the past. Yes we do need to update the dealer page, there is more dealers that need to be added as well. Thanks for the reminder! Good luck on your fishing this winter, maybe we will see you on the ice in the great State of Idaho this Season. [signature]

I use cutter bugs when I drop shot for bass. In my opinion the paddle bug works just a little bit better because of the wings on the body. When you vertical jig them they have a very nice glider action.
Like I said, I do have a ton of Maniac products that I use for bass fishing. Windriver [signature] |
