JDK, Riverpark, bass, 1/2
#1
fished yesterday and boy was it cold!! Ran out of propane for the heater about halfway through the day and my feet never thawed out.. Guides and Line iced up ALL day never must have got above 32.. Little more success with one nice largie that went 3.6 borrowed Bass15's scales and one nice smallie and a handful of spots.. Caught the walleye i posted yesterday and a bunch of misc fish on a silver buddy.. They were all stacked up and it was a fish almost every cast.. Besides the silver buddy all fish came on crawfish in green pumpkin and pumpkin colors and brown and purple jigs worked suuuupppper slow.. Caught one huge drum that thought he was a bass man did he ever fight never giving up til i finally turned him and got him above the water.. Thought i had a pig!! fished slack water around bridges and barges most of the day.. Water temp around 43 and the current was around 75,000.. Going to be slow for the next few weeks with all the cold weather but its the chance right now for a big fish.. If we ever get a few hot sunny days they will turn on I think
http://i462.photobucket.com/albums/qq341...001519.jpg
