Fished upper chick again today with a friend from Knoxville. Weather and water was perfect. Sauger were cooperative, however, size was an issue. We only caught 1 keeper out of 25 sauger caught and 2 small channel catfish. Caught on bucktail jig , 1 1/3 oz vertical jigging (best color today was yellow with red head). Fish today came from 50 - 55 ft of water. Tried for crappie in the late afternoon --- nothing. Talked with 3 other boats today and all said they came up empty handed.
