Went to Tellico to make use of the last day of my sportsman&#39;s license. It started snowing as soon as we got out of the truck, nothing major but real pretty.<br />Set off into the gorge below bald river and caught 4 rainbows right off the bat! I was using a 4wt Scott and a double dropper. Caught all fish on small #18 sow bug variation, until I lost the fly after not retying it. Then 4 hours of NOTHING fishing pretty water and good runs witho0ut a bite. <br /> emoBang <br />Finally got one more good rainbow 13&quot;-14&quot; on a bead-head prince and then one more LDR on a brookie.<br />Cold enough to get back in the truck and enjoy the heat by 3:00. 5 caught 2 LDR, not bad for the first time picking up a rod since hunting season started Sept 1st.
