<br /> fished a Tx out of shellmound this morning.started the morning out on a flat throwing rattlebaits but couldnt buy a bite.around 7 we hit a clay bank with 5-8ftw that droped off into 16-20ftw,fishing jerkbaits we were culling fish at 7:30.the fish wasnt to aggresive and we had to work the baits real slow to get a bite.after the bite died there we hit a few more areas just like it.we ended up catching over 20 bass with 14 keepers.Jerkbaits was the only lure we could get a bite on today even though we tried rattlebaits,crankbaits,soft plastics and jigs.water temp ranged from 43 this morning to 48 by weighin.
