#1
The fishing at ririe is still pretty good. I had 5 koke by 12:00 moved to go find some perch. Started off a little slow but really picked up around 1:30-2:00. Caught 13 perch, 4 trout, 1 sucker and 1 more koke. [Smile]

I haven't been steelhead fishing in years. I really don't like to fight all the people. None of my buddies have steelheading gear any ways. Makes for a long day by yourself. Keep up the good work on those steelhead love reading your posts and seeing those pics.

The edges are getting a little thin but there is still 14" where I have been fishing. But with the weather forecast for next week It might not be long. Lets hope for a cold spell [laugh]. I haven't got my fill of the hard deck yet.

I was there 3/13 and just past the rock pile the ice was thicker than my ladle was long, so at least 16". You can't walk on the first 5-10 feet of ice at the edges though. The boat ramp itself was water w/ ice cubes at least 6 ft out. walk off the end of the dock though and you are golden.
