Got off work today at 4 and headed straight home and hooked up to the boat..... got on the water at 6:00 after stopping to buy my license for the year as this is my first trip out this year....<br />And a few odds and ins i needed...<br /><br />Got to the first spot in 10 FOW NADA!!!!<br /><br />Fished is for 30 mins.. headed to another area(JUST PULLING STRINGS AS I HAVE NO CLUE YET WHAT ANY PATTERNS ARE)<br /><br />3rd cast.... THUMP.... a 2/4...... in the boat.... Few more cast got another fish in the boat ... fish were shallow in about 4 FOW or less<br /><br />After a while of nothing else.. hit my final and last spot of the in about 12 FOW And caught 3 quick fish right before dark that were all barely over 12 inches......<br /><br />So im happy for a 2 hour quick trip i caught a limit... a small limit... but not bad for the first trip out this year....<br /><br />best 5 went about 7- 7.5 lbs.... but im happy with that for 2 hours
