Great Day on the Blacksmith
#1
It wasnt so much the amount of fish that were caught, it was actually quite a slow day, but it was the outcome that made it all worthwhile. My sons fist fish on a flypole, they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Thanks to stupiddog for his help earlier in the day. Thanks to everyone who posts on Big Fish. We love all of the advice.

Nice. Small streams are great places to learn, that's where I started fly fishing, and they're still my favorite. Congrats!

Great job with your son!

I caught my first fish on that river as well!! However, it was a few years back; probably around 34!! lol....

I still remember it. That river has a lot of memories growing up...
