I got out to my old stomping grounds below the RR bridge today and fished for a little while, just to see what the situation was down there.

Answer: not much.

I had my ultralight and some 1/8 oz white maribou jigs that everything seems to like, and I caught three itty bitty white/yellow bass with them. I missed 3 bites as well. I really hope that the threadfin move in here shortly, and also that I can reliably cast net them from a boat, as I plan on doing alot of all over Riverpark fishing with live bait this year from the boat. Also hopefully my reports will get a little bit more exciting as the days get warmer. I'll end on that thrilling note.
