Thanks for the update. I hope everyone on this board votes against Herbert next Guv election. I know I will. I guess we should also blame Obama for appointing Huntsman and leaving us with a realtor without a spine in charge of the state. I wonder how much of our tax dollars will go toward defending a law that is probable unconstitional in Utah. He already pulled $3 million from the school trusts for lawsuits because the state wants to also seize some federal lands. Hell, if you don't want to recognise the US Constitution, might as well just secede from the Union while your at it[crazy].

My sentiments exactly. This entire legislative session could be termed the "attorney stimulus package" because so many passed bills will be overturned in court. Herbert has to be held equally responsible for it.[mad]

Gutless coward lost my vote. I usually don't side with Dems, but I do like what Peter Caroon said. This was a gutless move and he should NEVER have signed this bill if he knew it was not a final solution. it is very difficult to get signed bills overturned governor, thanks for taking away the joy of fishing.
