I to was on the river and pounded them. Fished for 4 hours and landed 23 all browns between 14 and 18. I need to figure out how to catch the bows and cuts now

How do you rig your sucker meat if you don't mind me asking?

I use a 3 way swivel with a snap I put a slinky on the snap then about a 16" leader. I use a #4 or #6 bait holder hook. I cut thin slices of sucker meat and kind of put it on the hook like you would a worm. I bounce it off the bottom through the deeper holes. But today I got a lot of fish in some pretty shallow water.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one catching mostly browns..I honestly think that the browns are the ones that have taken over that portion of the river and have a strong hold...I'd be willing to bet that they out number the cutts and the rainbows combined...and as aggressive as they are, I'm sure they eat their share of cutts.

I couldn't agree more. I think the browns run the river. I have fished the south fork a lot this year and have great numbers every time but they are all browns. I have only caught 5 bows this year and 3 cuts that's it. It would be nice if I could catch a selection of fish
